Referrals and Appointments
Use the appropriate pathway below for clinician referrals or patient appointment enquiries. Urgent cases are triaged by the rooms. Routine consultations generally require a current GP or specialist referral.
For Referrers
Please include the clinical question, relevant imaging and reports, current medications, and the patient's best contact details. Secure messaging via HealthLink or Argus is preferred where available.
For Patients
If you have a referral, the rooms can help arrange the most appropriate appointment location, advise what information to bring, and explain the next steps if surgery is being considered.
Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Appointment Enquiry
For non-urgent appointments, email the rooms with your referral status, preferred consulting location, and best contact number. Do not use email for urgent symptoms or medical emergencies.
